We want you to enjoy your clock or tubes. If you change your mind, you can send your purchase back within 30 days, wherever you live. The details are below; if anything is unclear, write to contact@farny.cz.
30-day returns for every customer
- You can return a product within 30 days of delivery, from any country, without giving a reason.
- You may unpack the product and switch it on to check that it works. It must come back complete, undamaged, without signs of use, with all accessories, the manual and the warranty card, in its original packaging.
- Before sending anything, e-mail us at contact@farny.cz with your order number. We confirm the return and tell you where to send it. Orders delivered in Europe go back to our workshop at Březolupy 90, 687 13 Březolupy, Czech Republic. Orders shipped from one of our partner warehouses (USA, Australia and New Zealand, China, Hong Kong and Taiwan) are returned within that region; we will give you the address when you contact us.
- You pay the return shipping. Please use an insured, tracked service and pack the product the way it arrived; the product is your responsibility until it reaches us. The original shipping cost is not refunded.
- We refund the price of the product within 14 days of receiving it, using the payment method you used for the order. If the product comes back damaged, incomplete or with signs of use, we may deduct the loss in value from the refund.
EU consumers: your 14-day right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer with a delivery address in the European Union, the first 14 days after delivery are also covered by your statutory right of withdrawal. It works like the 30-day return above, with two differences in your favour: we also refund the standard shipping cost of sending the order to you, and you are only liable for a loss in value caused by handling the product beyond what is needed to check its nature, characteristics and functioning. To withdraw, tell us by e-mail within 14 days of delivery; you can use the model form at the end of our Terms and Conditions. Then send the product back within 14 days of your notice. We refund within 14 days of your notice, once we have received the product or your proof of shipment.
Damaged, faulty or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, does not work, or is not what you ordered, do not use the return process above. E-mail us with your order number and photos or a short video and we will sort it out: we cover the shipping both ways, and every tube and clock is protected by our 10-year warranty.
Exchanges
Would you prefer a different finish or model? Contact us within 30 days of delivery. We handle it as a return of the original product and a new order for the replacement, so the conditions above apply.
What cannot be returned
- Products made to your specification or personalised, for example engraved or custom-configured items.
- Products bought from our partners on their own websites. Those purchases follow the partner’s return policy.
Refunds
Refunds go to the payment method used for the order. After we send the refund, your bank or card issuer may take a few more days to show it. If you have not received a refund 14 days after we confirmed it, contact us at contact@farny.cz and we will trace it.
