Our goal was to distill the Nixie clock to its essence—highlighting the natural beauty of the tubes while eliminating anything non-essential. The result was the Puri Nixie Clock, a minimalist design where the tubes take center stage. Produced from 2018 to 2024 in a limited run of just 1000 pieces, it was offered in both 4-tube and 6-tube versions.

The clock connects to the internet to ensure precise timekeeping at all times. It automatically adjusts for daylight saving time based on the time zone selected by the user—no manual changes needed.
Tougher Than They Look
The tubes may look delicate, but they’re securely seated in their sockets and far more durable than they appear. If replacement is ever needed, they can be safely removed and swapped without any exposure to high voltage. The clock is designed for effortless servicing—if you ever need to.

Each clock travels a long way before reaching you, so we developed packaging that offers exceptional protection throughout its journey. But we didn’t stop at function—we also made the unboxing experience beautiful and memorable.
Cool and Efficient
Although nixie tubes glow brightly, they produce no heat. The light comes from a cold-cathode gas discharge—a highly efficient process where electricity excites the gas around the digits, converting most of the energy directly into light. As a result, the tubes stay at room temperature, and the entire clock typically consumes just 7 watts. Always cool to the touch, even after hours of operation.
Two Versions, Four Finishes
The Puri Nixie Clock was available in two configurations—one with 4 nixie tubes and another with 6 nixie tubes. Each version was produced in four distinct finishes: Black, Black–Silver, Black–Gold, and Silver.
