Omnixie clock

For many years, our workshop at Dalibor Farny has focused on reviving the lost art of Nixie tube manufacturing. Alongside the tubes, we developed a series of clocks—most notably the Puri Nixie clock, which showcased a clean, minimalistic design with a flat base and exposed tubes. It was our expression of technical purity and simplicity.

Later, we came across a beautiful new design by Yan Zeyuan, a long-time admirer of Nixie technology. He created a clock called Omnixie, built around our tubes but with a fresh aesthetic: still minimal, but softened with curves and a warmer presence. It offered a more tactile and human take on the minimalist style.

Impressed by his work, we reached out to Yan—and this collaboration was born. Together, we refined the design and prepared a first edition of 300 pieces in Graphite Gray.

Omnixie combines the precision of handmade Nixie tubes with Yan’s elegant, modern design. It’s a joint creation, shaped by two workshops and two minds—one in the Czech Republic, one in China.
